Job Description                                                                                                                                      

The Job:
As a Customer Service Assistant you will work be responsible for making sure our Professional Drivers are able to be productive by setting effective pick up and delivery appointments with our customers. Your efforts will contribute to Driver Success by making sure our drivers’ time is respected. You will work closely with our Customer Service Representatives, our Capacity Planners, and our Fleet Managers as together we achieve our mission of delivering "confidence and satisfaction" to our customers.

The Experience:

This is an entry-level position and is ideal for a recent college graduate or for someone who has been working in retail. Experience with Microsoft Office is a must! We offer comprehensive training to ensure that you will be successful in your new career.

The Schedule:
This is a Monday through Friday schedule. Your work day starts at 7:00 am and ends at 4:00 pm.
