Job Description                                                                                                                                      

The Job:
As a Program Advisor you will play a critical role in developing the pipeline of candidates that will become the next generation of drivers with TeamRoehl! In addition to growing our team you will also help people find meaningful employment with a company that is committed to their success.

Here is how you will contribute:

We receive a high volume of inbound calls from potential candidates that are interested in enrolling in the Get Your CDL (GYCDL) Program! Through your knowledge, attentiveness, focus, and general brilliance you will advise these candidates on how the GYCDL Program works and provide guidance to them during the early stages of the process. Your ultimate goal will be to convert an interested candidate into an informed applicant.

Additionally you will provide administrative support to our Driver Employment Specialists by assisting in processing applications.

You will be joining a growing team of Program Advisors, Driver Employment Specialists, and Driver Employment Assistants as together we build and grow TeamRoehl!

Being a Program Advisor requires an intense amount of FOCUS, FOCUS, FOCUS! You will also need to be an exceptional communicator with superior listening skills as you will be conversing daily with a wide range of people from different states, all of whom are interested in working for Roehl Transport!

You will also need excellent organization skills and be very detail oriented.

The Experience:
This is an entry-level position that is ideal for someone who has worked in a call center, sales, retail, food service, or banking. Experience with Microsoft Office is a must! We offer comprehensive training to ensure that you will be successful in your new career.

The Schedule:
This is a Monday through Friday schedule with the potential for some weekend work.

The Salary:
