Job Description
As a Dedicated Customer Service Planner you will be responsible for the productivity of a dedicated fleet of drivers as well as the development and service of the dedicated account. You will do this by building a thorough understanding of the intricacies of the account, booking the optimal amount of freight, and then planning your drivers on the freight that best utilizes their time and meets the customers on-time service expectations.
You will assist in business development with your customer by looking for additional ways that we can provide transportation solutions to their business needs.

The Experience:
This is an intermediate level position 3-4 years of transportation experience preferably working in a planning capacity with a dedicated account.
