The Opportunity:
As Assistant Controller you make a difference as a key leader within our finance department. You are involved with every piece of the accounting cycle. From account reconciliations to booking journal entries and preparing financial statements during period close, each day brings a new challenge. Your success within the role is all dependent on how hard you work, how well you communicate, and your ability to become a leader.
In this role you can expect to be a part of month end close for multiple companies and divisions, manage journal entries, participate in the year-end audit, as well as a variety of other functions related to reports, continuous improvement, and financial accountability.

The Experience:
We are looking for someone who has solid knowledge of GAAP, accounting and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, reporting), working with fixed assets, accounts payable, payroll, journal entries, and reconciliations, knowledge of corporate tax, and understanding of data analysis.
The type of productivity we are looking for is typically associated with 5 plus years of experience leading and accounting team and a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
