As Employee Wellness Coordinator, you make a difference by planning, developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating company-wide health and financial wellbeing initiatives to build a culture of wellness. In this brand new role, you'll focuses on creating awareness of current wellbeing programs offered by promoting employee engagement through effective communication.

Since you are working with people it is critical that you have excellent emotional intelligence, particularly with the use of empathy, active listening, and self-awareness.

The Experience:

As we mentioned, this is a brand new role for us so we are looking for someone with at least 2-3 years of experience implementing and coordinating an employee wellness program. We are also looking for someone with a minimum of a bachelor's degree in health education, health promotion, or a health related degree program.
