The Opportunity:

As a Customer Service Representative, you make a difference by finding creative and innovative solutions to our customer's freight transportation needs and ensuring that we have safe and highly productive freight for our professional drivers to haul. In addition to managing the awarded freight from our customers and you develop new business with your customers by leveraging the positive and trusting relationships you have developed. You collaborate daily with other team members in your market area to achieve key objectives in productivity and service.

You create Driver Success by helping our drivers stay productive and earn a good living.

The Experience:

This is a mid-level position that requires 3-4 years of direct customer service experience in a contact center environment and preferably with a truckload transportation carrier.
