The Job:

As a Payment Resolution and Collection Specialist you make a difference by positively impacting company cash flow. You do this primarily by monitoring and maintaining assigned customer accounts to ensure accurate and expedient payments. You identify past due accounts and actively call customer to encourage payment and resolve payment issues. You interact with our billing, customer service and sales departments to resolve discrepancies and problems. You maintain account aging, unapplied cash and bad debit expectations. Additionally you are responsible for completing credit references and providing credit approval or denial decisions.

You must be able to effectively and accurately complete detailed work as well as have demonstrated the ability to review and interpret data from multiple sources in order to make logical business decisions. Additionally you must also have knowledge of credit and debit transactions.

Since you are working closely with a wide group of people it is critical that you are able to effectively empathize, be a solid communicator, a first rate listener, and possess a high level of self-awareness.


The Experience:

This is an entry-level position and no transportation experience is necessary. We will provide you with comprehensive training!
