The Job:

As a Fleet Support Coordinator for Extended Operations you will learn how to provide support to our professional drivers during non-business hours. You work with drivers across our van, flatbed, specialized, refrigerated and dedicated divisions. You will work directly with our experienced Extended Operations team as you learn how to provide effective support in the areas of time management, service, fuel management, safety and conflict resolution. As a crucial part of your learning you will provide support by taking incoming calls from drivers and resolving their issues as well as reading and responding to driver messages.

Once you have mastered this position you will be promoted to an Extended Operations Support Specialist.

You create Driver Success by providing solutions to our drivers and ensuring they have the support they need during the overnight hours.

The Experience:

This is an entry-level position and no transportation experience is necessary. We will provide you with comprehensive training! This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate or someone who has been working in retail management and is interested in making an exciting career change. The hours are Monday - Friday. Your shift will start at 4:00 pm and and at 12:00 am.
