The Opportunity:

This HR Business Partner (HRBP) opportunity is a brand new role for Roehl Transport. As HRBP for Roehl Transport you will have the opportunity to help us re-imagine how HR supports our business.

As HRBP you are responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. You formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. You maintain an effective level of understanding of Roehl's financial position, our midrange plans, our culture and our competition.

The Experience:
 

Primary and Required Skills:

  • Prior experience in a HRBP (or similar) role.
  • Employee Relations
  • Performance Management 
  • Employee Engagement

Strongly Preferred:

  • Talent Review (process, tools, and, calibration)
  • Project Management discipline 
  • PHR or SPHR 

We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 3 years experience resolving complex employee relations issues and has a working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including employee relations, diversity, performance management, talent management, learning & development, and federal and state respective employment laws.

Additionally, we are looking for someone who has had experience leading complex HR projects and implementing new processes within an organization. 

A Bachelor's degree is preferred and a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment.
