The Opportunity:

As a Maintenance Support Coordinator you make a difference by diagnosing mechanical issues and coordinating maintenance repairs for our tractor and trailer units that are over the road. We provide you with the training and support you need so that you can provide optimal support to our drivers. Additionally you oversee the over the road truck maintenance processes and ensure that we are meeting our key business metrics of safety, service and cost.

You create Driver Success by making sure our drivers' mechanical issues are correctly resolved efficiently.

All of your driver interactions are done over the phone so we are looking for someone with exceptional verbal communication skills.


The Experience:

No transportation experience is necessary, however, we prefer someone with a maintenance background. We will gladly train the right person.


The Schedule:

This opportunity offers tremendous work/life balance with a unique 8 days on 6 days off schedule. You start your work week on Wednesday and it ends the following Wednesday. You then have the next 6 days off! Your shift starts at 3:00 pm and ends at 1:00 am.


The Wage:

Starting wage is $22.00 per hour, variable compensation bonus, medical, dental, 401k, profit sharing, and paid time off! We even offer tuition reimbursement if you want to further advance your education!
