The Opportunity:
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist for Roehl Transport, you will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for non-driving positions across all of our locations: Marshfield, Appleton, Green Bay, Stevens Point, Eau Claire, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, and Phoenix. You will hire for various roles, from entry-level to executive-level leadership. Additionally, you will:

• Consult with hiring managers to understand the positions you support and the skills candidates need to be successful.
• Create jobs ads, and identify and maintain other channels to attract quality applicants including career fairs, passive searching, social media networking, local connections, etc.
• Screen applications, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews
• Guide hiring managers on selections, wages, and final offer details
• Serve as the main point of contact throughout the candidate pre-employment experience
• Participate in various Human Resources initiatives and projects including retention, onboarding, and interviewing best practices and more

The Fit:
We are looking for someone with:

• An Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Business, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
• Prior experience managing full-cycle recruiting for various positions
• Prior experience sourcing passive and active candidates using social media, boolean searches, Indeed resume database, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build relationships both internally and externally
• Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws and other compliance regulations
