The Opportunity:

As a Driver Recruiter, you make a difference by converting qualified candidates for our driver positions into motivated team members. Specifically, you will hire drivers into our Get Your CDL (GYCDL) Program. This is our paid, on-the-job training program for individuals who do not yet have a CDL. In this role, you are part recruiter and part educator. Through your knowledge, care, and understanding, you educate candidates on the benefits and challenges of being an over-the-road driver.

Being a Driver Recruiter requires an intense amount of focus. You will also need superb attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, excellent communications skills aimed at achieving a position outcome, and the ability to adapt to changing work environments.


The Experience:

No experience in recruiting is necessary. We are looking for individuals who have worked inside sales, customer service in a call center, or retail sales. We will provide you all the training you need to be successful.
