The Opportunity:

As a Dedicated Customer Service Planner you make a difference by owning the performance of one our dedicated accounts. You manage the customers key performance indicators, solicit and book customer freight, and plan your dedicated drivers on the freight that will maximize the safe and productive use of their available hours of service, meets the customers' expectations for on time pickup and delivery, limits the amount of unbilled miles, and accommodates drivers' hometime requests. You create Driver Success by making sure our drivers stay productive and earn a good living.

For this role you will work onsite at one of our customer locations.

The Experience:

This is a mid-level position that requires 3-4 years of transportation experience preferably working in a freight planning capacity with an over-the-road carrier.
