The Opportunity:

As a Quality Route Specialist, you make a difference by real time asset tracking solution provider to precisely monitor vehicles along the entire trip ensuring that the driver is taking the most efficient and safe route to the customer.

You will develop and maintain a close working relationship with fleet operation managers, fleet managers, payroll department, drivers, sales department, and Vice President of Maintenance and Operations ensure quality and workflow efficiency.

So you will need to be very adaptable, able to plan, organize, prioritize, and complete a variety of responsibilities. You will also need to assist with daily fuel routing, validate customer directions, shape the customer directions for the GPS tracking route system and make well-informed decisions.  

As a Quality Route Specialist, you must be able to effectively communicate with the ability to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, Access, Map point, and PCMiller.


The Experience:

This is an entry to med level position that preferably has truckload driving experience and understands truck route mapping.
