The Opportunity:
As a B2B Systems Integration Manager with Roehl Transport, you make a difference by leading a team responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, testing, and implementing EDI solutions that utilize Microsoft Azure, xslt mappings, .Net programming, and other custom Roehl applications. Additionally, this position will lead our offshore Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Team who specialize in optimizing and automating Roehl business. You will use your technical expertise to oversee the flow of data in and out of the organization and the ongoing maintenance and support of existing data integrations and automations. You will serve as a coach and mentor for your team in technical standards and procedures as well as soft skills of communication, collaboration, task management, and ensuring quality efforts in all deliverables.

The Experience:
The ideal candidate has:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems and/or 5 to 10 years of experience building software solutions
  • 3-5 years of experience integrating solutions in an automated EDI/B2B environment
  • 3-5 years of experience managing an internal team
  • 1-3 years of experience managing an offshore team
  • Expertise with scripting languages, FTP, SFTP, and AS2 transfer protocols and tools
  • Expertise in Azure or other Cloud technologies utilizing B2B software tools
  • Expertise with the Microsoft Stack (Azure, .Net, C#, WCF, Entity Framework, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, SQL Server)
  • Expertise with mapping, messaging, and translation applications
  • To be successful in this role you need to have the ability to architect solutions with the latest technologies and apply those technologies to your work
  • Strong understanding of monitoring, debugging, performance, and managing costs within Azure
  • Strong project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project lifecycle models
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Understanding of RPA technologies with Automation Anywhere experience a plus
