The Job:

As a Fleet Manager you make a difference by leading and developing a group of 35-45 drivers. You boldly lead your fleet in achieving safety and our service, revenue and retention goals. As a leader you develop strong relationships with your drivers, anticipate needs, take proactive steps to ensure positive outcomes, manage performance and champion our values. The Experience:

This is an entry-level position that requires no transportation experience. We will provide you with comprehensive training that will last 6-9 months. During your training period you are a Fleet Support Coordinator and you work directly with a senior level Fleet Manager to learn how to effectively lead your own fleet of drivers. You take part in online learning, classroom training, and you'll even spend time on the road with a driver. At the end of your training you will be fully prepared to lead your fleet to success!

The Schedule:

During your training you will work Monday - Friday. Your workday starts at 7:00 am and ends at 5:00 pm.
