The Job:
As a Driver Employment Specialist you make a difference by converting qualified candidates into motivated driving teammates through your knowledge, charm, sales skills, persistence, and general brilliance. You use your own initiative to call, message, email, or send smoke signals to tell qualified candidates about the exciting driving opportunities we have at Roehl. We expect you to hire at least two drivers per week. The more drivers you hire, the greater your income potential.

The Experience:
We are looking for someone who has successfully recruited over-the-road drivers at a truckload carrier. We will pay for relocation for a qualified candidate

- You have a background in cold calling, conducting needs analysis and presenting career opportunities to over-the-road drivers, with a proven track record of achieving your hiring goals

- You get a sense of personal satisfaction by making a difference in the lives of others
- You are more rigid with the results you produce than the hours that you work
- You are an incredibly ambitious person that gets things done
- Experience with Tenstreet Applicant Tracking a plus
