The Opportunity:
Roehl Transport, a leading truckload transportation company, is conducting a nationwide search for our new Flatbed Group President. This role will be located at our corporate office in Marshfield, WI.
As Flatbed Group President, you report to our CEO and owner Rick Roehl, are a member of our executive leadership team, and play a strategic role in the overall management of the company. You provide executive leadership for the Flatbed Group in the area of fleet operations, customer service, and sales and have full P&L responsibility for the Flatbed Group.

As a senior operational leader you are at the elbow of our CEO, ready to support and challenge him in leading the business. Above all, you must be an effective communicator, able to effectively deliver information and concepts that facilitate discussion and decision-making to leaders and subordinates so they are both efficient and motivated.
The Experience:
We are looking for a senior leader who has a proven track record leading an operational team within a truckload transportation company. We will consider someone with experience in either flatbed, van, or refrigerated.
