The Opportunity:

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist you make a difference by expanding and supporting the company brand in a variety of ways. This role will be responsible for maintaining daily activity and correspondence on existing social media sites and internal platforms, as well as collaborating with the Marketing Manager to create new ways to drive engagement, promote the brand, and assist with lead generation.

Through your knowledge, attentiveness, focus and general brilliance you will provide positive and brand-focused communication to individuals that inquire about our company and our opportunities through our social media channels. We receive a high volume of activity on our social media marketing channels. Most of our activity on social media is with potential candidates for our driving positions. A great deal of interactions revolve around helping candidates learn more about the driving opportunities we have. You play a vital role in converting interested candidates into informed applicants. Your ultimate goal is to effectively and intentionally represent our company brand through all published communications.

Being a Social Media Marketing Specialist requires an intense amount of communication skills. You will need to use your exceptional written communication skills with the diverse group of individuals that you will be interacting with. We are also looking for someone who is a whiz with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Canva, with the ability to manipulate existing graphics and create new materials using our brand style.


The Experience:

The ideal candidate will have and least 1-2 years of experience with content management across all social media platforms, especially Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, experience in Adobe Creative Suite and an associate's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
