We will provide the training needed for an entry-level candidate, however basic knowledge of welding and fabrication, shop operations, and documentation will help you succeed in this role. Our environment is exciting and dynamic. Therefore, you must accept change and adapt quickly to new situations and professionally cope with changing job demands. You will also need basic knowledge and experience working with computers for repair order entry.

The Experience:
We are looking for an entry level Welding and Fabrication Technician, recent High School graduates to a person changing careers! If you have a solid work ethic and want to make a difference, then we want you!

The Schedule:
The schedule is Monday-Friday 5:30 AM to 3 PM.

The Wage:
You will receive a competitive hourly wage ($18 to $20), variable compensation bonus, medical, dental, 401k, profit sharing, and Paid Time Off!
