Description

The Opportunity:

Now is your chance as a student to spend your summer helping move America's freight, providing support to our Customer Service team with Roehl Transport, a Forbes Magazine Best Mid-Sized Employer, and an ATA Presidents' Award-winning carrier!

You will actively provide customer service support by working directly with our customers and the customer service team to find creative solutions, build strong relationships and develop our business to ultimately carry out our mission of “delivering confidence and satisfaction by providing exceptional transportation services.”

The Fit:

  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email and other forms of communication
  • Work collaboratively with Roehl teammates to identify and resolve customer and scheduling conflicts
  • Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments for freight, maintaining high level of accuracy of data entered into our system
  • Maintain accurate notes regarding customer interactions and update information in our internal systems as needed
