The Opportunity:
As an Infrastructure Support Analyst with Roehl Transport, you will provide technical support for over 650 users across 13 different locations and wireless access and intranet service for our 2,500 professional drivers. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and technical support across many complex software and hardware technologies. In this role you will:

• Assist with deployment, configuration, and support of hardware (PC, laptop, mobile, printing, etc.), operating systems, and productivity software for end users.
• Support PC/device lifecycle management by replacing outdated end user and infrastructure hardware when needed and planned for. This includes provisioning, asset management, and disposal.
• Participate in application, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operational excellence initiatives, and support activities as needed.
• Assure compliance to IT standards and policies by sharing information about best practices with end users to increase user satisfaction and productivity.
• Participate in internal audits related to IT processes, procedures, software, and systems. Influence budgeting, forecasting, and spending for IT infrastructure as required.

The Experience:
We are looking for someone with:

• An Associates or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Recent and upcoming graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Prior experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft Desktop technologies, including RDS and Office, printers, VoIP phone systems, and desktop/laptop hardware components
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to determine how to proactively identify, research, resolve and document technical issues that arise.
• Excellent customer service skills to work closely with end-users.
• Prior experience with Active Directory, Office 365, SharePoint, Windows 10, Microsoft System Center Suite, and/or Cisco voice and video technologies preferred.
