The Opportunity:

As a Fleet Manager, you make a difference by leading and developing a group of 35-45 drivers. You boldly lead your fleet in achieving safety and our service, revenue, and retention goals. As a leader, you develop strong relationships with your drivers, anticipate needs, take proactive steps to ensure positive outcomes, manage performance, and champion our values. This is gratifying work that will provide you with a high level of personal and professional satisfaction.

You create Driver Success by:
  • Seeing your drivers as unique and special individuals who are separate from the equipment that they operate
  • Meeting their personal needs by using the Key Principles in your interactions
  • Meeting their practical needs by helping them earn a good income, setting expectations, teaching, providing feedback, coaching, and other developmental leadership.
  • Respecting their time by making sure their time at work is effectively utilized every day

The Experience:

This is an entry-level position that requires no transportation experience. We will provide you with comprehensive training that will last 6-9 months. During your training period, you are a Fleet Support Coordinator. You work directly with a senior level Fleet Manager to learn how to lead your own fleet of drivers effectively. You take part in online learning, classroom training, and you'll even spend time on the road with a driver. At the end of your training, you will be fully prepared to lead your fleet to success!


The Schedule:

During your training, you will work Monday - Friday. Your workday starts at 7:00 am and ends at 4:00 pm. 


The Wage:

You will receive a competitive base wage of $18.00 per hour while in training, a variable compensation bonus, medical, dental, 401k, profit sharing, and paid time off! We even offer tuition reimbursement if you want to advance your education further!
