The Opportunity:
As the Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator, you make a difference by supporting and facilitating the training and professional development of our team. You do this primarily by supporting, designing, developing, implementing, delivering, and maintaining the content of our LMS. Our learners consume most of our content digitally and on mobile devices. This will provide you with a unique environment with which to manage and facilitate learning.
Additionally, we are in the process conducting a system migration from our current LMS provider to a platform. You play a central role in this the successful migration and you partner with our IT team and our LMS vendor on the installation of tools, system updates, and software that is integrated with our LMS.

The Experience:
We are looking for someone who has prior experience administering and LMS or similar system, has the technical skill to troubleshoot issues, understands directory, files structures, and systems.
The type of productivity we are looking for is typically associated with a bachelors degree and 3 years of experience as an LMS Administrator or a similar role.
Big plus if you have coursework or certifications related to LMS administration, knowledge management, course design and development, and knowledge of web design technologies, such as HTML.
