The Opportunity:

As a Building and Grounds Maintenance Technician you make a difference by attending to the upkeep of the Marshfield facilities, buildings and grounds by maintaining office, warehouse and shop buildings,  fuel island, wash bays, maintain parking rails, snow removal,  and our truck maintenance facility equipment including air and fluid pumps, air compressors, truck wash system, etc.

You must have basic building and preventative maintenance skills, general knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC, ability to troubleshoot, be able to lift 75 lbs, and be highly self motivated and able to work in an unsupervised environment.

You will interact with team members across the organization so you must have excellent communication skills and superb listening skills.


The Experience:

This is an intermediate level position 1 year of building or general maintenance experience.


The Wage:

Starting pay is hourly based on experience plus variable compensation bonus. You are also eligible for medical, dental, 401k, profit sharing, and paid time off!
