The Opportunity:
Exciting and challenging career opportunity in our Gary, IN terminal as a Van Division Fleet Operations Manager. You will make a difference by leading and developing a group of fleet managers responsible for leading a fleet of professional drivers. You will lead your team to achieve safety, service, revenue, and retention goals. As a leader, you will take proactive steps to ensure positive outcomes, manage performance, and, through example, champion our values. You will develop your fleet managers through coaching, guidance, and leading by example so they can lead their drivers to success.

The Role:
This Fleet Operations Manager will work on-site at the Gary, IN terminal and reports to Eric Barber, Director of Van Operations. Relocation assistance will be considered.
