In this role, you manage the full-cycle recruiting process across all of our locations; Marshfield, Appleton, Green Bay, Eau Claire, Stevens Point, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, and Phoenix. You'll hire for various roles, from entry-level to executive-level leadership roles. You consult with hiring managers to understand the positions your support and the skills candidates need to be successful. Additionally, you guide hiring managers on selection and wages.

- You are a skilled talent acquisition professional who has managed a full-cycle recruiting desk and is passionate about connecting the right talent to the right opportunity.
- You are a sourcing ninja who knows how to use social media, boolean search, and other unique methods of identifying and engaging with passive and active candidates.
- You have experience developing and nurturing relationships with middle school, high school, and college students and career services departments.
- You know how to consult with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
