The Opportunity:
Now is your chance to help move America's freight as a Diesel Technician with Roehl Transport, a Forbes Magazine Best Mid-Sized Employer, and an ATA Presidents' Award-winning carrier! In this role, you are on the front lines! You will perform preventative maintenance service, scheduled repairs, and emergency repairs to our tractors and trailers. You will troubleshoot and diagnose issues, make good decisions under pressure, prioritize tasks, and use your strong technical knowledge to perform your job successfully.

Additionally, you will need to possess experience, in-depth knowledge of preventative maintenance, shop operations, and documentation. Our environment is exciting and dynamic. Ability to accept change, adapt quickly to new situations and professionally cope with changing job demands. You will also need basic knowledge / experience working with computers for diagnostic resources and repair order entry.

The Experience:
Shop experience is a plus ,this position is an excellent opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude but has not had either the formal education or experience in a diesel shop. We will provide you with the necessary training to be successful.

The Schedule:
This is 8 days on 6 days off from 5:00 am - 3:00 pm with a 20 minute paid.
 

The Wage:
You will receive a competitive hourly wage, variable compensation bonus, medical, dental, 401k, profit sharing, and Paid Time Off!
This position is eligible for weekend differential.
