The Opportunity:

As a Student Training Coordinator you provide administrative support to new driver teammates and to the Fleet Training Team. You interact with drivers who are new to TeamRoehl and new to the transportation industry. You get the opportunity to guide and support them through their training and help to ensure their success. You coordinate student drivers with available trainers, set up transportation and hotel accommodations and track student data. You create Driver Success by ensuring our new drivers receive the training they need top be successful and by making them feel welcome at TeamRoehl.

This is an entry level position that is ideal for a recent college graduate or for someone who has been working in retail and is looking to use the skills they have developed in a new setting.
