As a Fleet Operations Manager, you make a difference by leading and developing a group of fleet managers responsible for leading a fleet of professional drivers. You boldly lead your team in helping them and their fleets achieving safety, service, revenue, and retention goals. As a leader, you develop strong relationships, anticipate needs, take proactive steps to ensure positive outcomes, manage performance, and, through example, champion our values.

You create Driver Success by providing coaching, guidance, and development to your fleet managers so that they can lead their drivers to success.

The Experience:
We are looking for an individual with proven leadership experience within a truckload transportation environment who understands how to lead drivers and how to achieve success in safety, service, revenue and retention.

The Schedule:
As a Fleet Operations Manager, you will work Monday - Friday. Your workday starts at 7:00 am and ends at 5:00 pm.
