The Fit:

We are looking for a decisive Driver Recruiter who can persuasively speak, overcome objections, and build trust with a diverse audience. You also need superb attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing work environments.

The Experience:

We are looking for someone who has experience recruiting Class A CDL drivers for an over-the-road carrier.

The Wage:

You will receive a competitive salary and a generous quarterly bonus. Top earners are making $80,000+ annually! Additionally, you are eligible for a variable compensation bonus, medical, dental, 401k, profit sharing, and paid time off.
