The Opportunity:

Roehl Transport, Inc., a privately owned truckload transportation company, is conducting a nationwide candidate search for a Vice President of Finance to lead the finance and accounting function. This executive-level position will:

• Oversee all sides of accounting operations, including payables, receivables, payroll, and tax preparation
• Manage and analyze the financial activities of the organization to maximize company's profits and strategize for its growth
• Manage and advise claims management, risk management, legal, and contracts.
• Work alongside our President and owner to advise, support, and challenge initiatives in leading the business

The Experience:

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

• At least 5 to 10 years in a lead or senior finance or accounting manager role
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field. MBA preferred.
• Strong communication skills with all levels of the business, as well as suppliers, customers, and stakeholders
• Expert ability to deliver key information and concepts to facilitate discussion, influence decision-making, and drive organizational innovation
• Prior experience in a transportation or logistics environment preferred
• Currently resides in or near Marshfield, WI, or open to relocation
