As a Driver Employment Specialist, you make a difference hiring drivers for TeamRoehl! You convert qualified candidates into motivated team members through your knowledge, charm, sales skills, persistence, and general brilliance. You use your own initiative to call, message, email, or send smoke signals to tell qualified candidates about the exciting driving opportunities we have at Roehl.

The Experience:

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate with a bachelor's degree in business or marketing. We are also looking for individuals who have worked inside sales, customer service in a contact center, or in retail sales.


The Wage:

You will receive a salary, a generous bonus structure and variable compensation bonus. You have the real opportunity to earn a six-figure income by recruiting 5 drivers per week!
