The Job:

As a Custodian you will maintain and clean our Marshfield facilities for our drivers and support staff. You create Driver Success by ensuring our drivers have clean, well maintained facilities to use.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and is able to be productive under minimal supervision. You will also need to be very detail oriented with strong problem solving and customer service skills.


The Experience:

This is an entry-level position. We prefer that you have some custodial experience working in a similar environment.


The Schedule: 

You will work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - Saturday one week and Sunday - Tuesday, Thursday and Friday the next week. Your shift is 5:00 am 1:30 pm.


The Wage:

Pay starts at $13 per hour and you are eligible for a variable compensation bonus, medical, dental, 401k, profit sharing, paid time off and paid holidays!
