The Opportunity:

As a Tire Technician, you make a difference by repairing , mounting, dismounting and installing tires on our tractors and trailers. You will also perform repairs on our trailers and support the maintenance manager. You will be working closely with drivers, technicians, maintenance manager and tire manager.
You create Driver Success by ensuring that our drivers have the proper and well-maintained equipment to do their work.

We are looking for someone with good mechanical aptitude with the willingness and ability to learn proper repair techniques and to work outside in all types of weather conditions. In addition, you will need a valid and current driver's license and can lift 75 lbs.


The Experience:

This is an entry-level position and an excellent opportunity for someone with a high level of mechanical aptitude but who has not had formal education or experience in a diesel shop. We will provide you with the necessary training to be successful.


The Schedule:

You will work 6:00 am till 3 pm Monday - Friday one week and 6 AM to 3 PM Monday - Saturday with a day of during the week on the second week.


The Wage:

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour or higher based on experience. You are also eligible for a variable compensation bonus, medical, dental, 401k, profit sharing, and Paid Time Off!
