As a Customer Service Assistant with Roehl Transport, you play a key part in our mission of delivering “confidence and satisfaction” to our customers. In this position, you will:

  • Schedule pick up and delivery appointments for freight while taking into account factors such as customer requirements, legal transit time, driver productivity, etc.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via telephone, email, and other forms of communication
  • Work collaboratively with Roehl teammates to identify and resolve customer and scheduling conflicts
  • Maintain accurate notes regarding customer interactions and preferred scheduling protocols

In this role, you work directly with customers, fleet managers, and your customer service team to develop business, find creative solutions and build strong relationships established on trust. Therefore, you must possess the following skills

The Wage:

 

You will earn a competitive salary and have the opportunity to earn two monthly bonuses Additionally, you are eligible for medical, dental, 401k, profit sharing, and paid time off. We even offer tuition reimbursement if you are interested in advancing your education.
